Ava Lena Di Sunno
About Me
I grew up in Westchester County, New York, and graduated from Edgemont High School in 2021. Now, I attend Penn State University (University Park - Main Campus) where I first studied child psychology before switching to early childhood and elementary education. Most recently as a college student, I became a Nittany Nanny, babysitting for families around Happy Valley.
I enjoy traveling to new places, both big and small. My favorite is exploring New York City and the last vacation I took was to Spain in 2025. I like to watch documentaries and read news articles. I especially enjoy seasonal activities, such as going to the beach, apple picking, and sledding with friends and family.
I look forward to graduating from Penn State in May 2026!

Just celebrating 10 years in childcare, Miss Ava is enthusiastic about earning her elementary education degree from Penn State. She hopes to be a 2nd grade teacher by 2026!

While continuing to serve existing families, Miss Ava always welcomes new friends. Across Westchester (NY) & Centre County (PA), she has been welcomed into over 40 families as an honorary member.

Miss Ava likes to remind herself of all the fun things she loved as a kid - science experiments, arts & crafts, dancing, and playing outside. She loves to get silly and feel like a kid again while at work.
